Antibacterial+
Releated chemicals are added to the decor paper resin used on the laminate surface to provide resistance against bacteria. It reduces the ability of bacteria to grow and grow more than 99% continuously and effectively within 24 hours. Thanks to the homogeneous distribution of the product’s surface properties, it is effective on the entire surface and maintains its effectiveness throughout the use of the product.Antibacterial is a grade tested in accordance to ISO 22196:2011. The surface of Antibacterial is immune to accommodating bacterias up to 99.9%. Antibacterial is also tested and certified in accordance EN 1186 & EN 13130 Food Contact Materials.
Exterior grade compact
ASD Exterior is made for all outdoor applications. Aside from its use as a facade cladding material, it can also be used for any other outdoor-application such as balconies, exterior furniture, sunblinds, fascias, soffits, canopies, parapets, signages, porches, balustrades, railing-fillers, decorative fences, shutters and for a wide range of other exterior applications.
ASD Exterior is an extremely weather resistant, structurally stable, self-supporting, robust, solid and a composite material manufactured at a high temperature at 150 degrees Celsius | 302 degrees Fahrenheit and with great pressure at 9 Megapascals | 90 Bars with the use of High Pressure Laminate HPL machines in compliance with EN 438 – Part 6 and EN 438 – Part 7. The core part of the material is comprised of phenolic resin impregnated wood-based saturated virgin fiber kraft paper layers. Whereas, its decorative surfaces are made of thermosetting resin impregnated decorative wood-based cellulose paper layers reinforced with UV resistant films. ASD Exterior panels are available in standard quality ASD Exterior and flame and fire-retardant quality ASD Exterior-FR.
